win32 file test implementation in perl is broken, needs bug report
http://perldoc.perl.org/perlport.html#Alphabetical-Listing-of-Perl-Functions
-r, -w, -x are implemented in ways that are flat out broken and cause false positives, this needs to be written up in a way so unix people can understand it, and supplanted with proper test cases, then reported.

Allow CPAN.pm to keep infinite dependencies by changing how it uses PERL5LIB
During installation of a module, CPAN.pm provides uninstalled dependencies by appending their build dirs to $ENV{PERL5LIB}. This does not scale, since %ENV can only keep so much data. As such, CPAN.pm needs to be rewritten to use File::Copy::Recursive to merge build dirs into a dep dir.
This will help make smoking more solid.

Publish git-garden, a module to visualize repo graphs
What it does is: You point it at a github or fossil repo and it spits out this: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/10190786/simple.html
Git-Garden currently lives in my github: https://github.com/wchristian/git-garden
It languished a bit because i needed to wait for patches to Git-PurePerl to get on CPAN. Now i'm still waffling a bit about naming and other API details, i.e. should import/export modules be their own dists, should i use Module::Pluggable, etc.

Make sure OpenGL.pm works fine on Win32
Ensure it can install and run fine on 5.10, 5.12, 5.14 x AP, SP, Cygwin x WinXP, Win7. Ensure it can do occlusion detection. Let Chris Marshall know of any warts i notice. Fork it onto github.
